Will I lose the reward if I don't complete the requirements on time?

If you do not complete all the AWS learning path requirements within the timeframe of your enrolled cohort, you can switch to a newer cohort by clicking on “Switch Cohort” in the right-side box on the learning path page.

This will make you eligible again to request a reward. There is no need to redo the requirements if you have already completed them.
