I completed all the requirements and requested my AWS voucher, but I still haven't received it. Why?

AWS vouchers are distributed within 2 days after your cohort's deadline, not immediately after you complete the learning path requirements.

This means that receiving your voucher does not depend on how quickly you complete the requirements or submit your voucher request. Instead, it depends on when your cohort officially ends.

For example, if you're enrolled in an AWS learning path that has just started (or starts in the future) and you complete all the requirements early, you'll still need to wait until your cohort's deadline has passed before your voucher is sent.

If more than 2 days have passed since your cohort ended and you still haven't received your voucher, please contact us at support@manara.tech.
