I completed my mock exams for AWS, but the next step is locked

First, please visit the Learning Path page for your AWS Learning Path.
Scroll down and look for the “Rewards” section on the right side of the page, then review the requirements needed to unlock the next step and earn the reward.

Make sure your exam scores meet the requirements listed there. For example:

AWS 1 → 80% or higher in two of the exams.
AWS 2 → 80% or higher in both exams.
AWS 3 → 85% or higher in both exams.
AWS ML → 80% or higher in both exams.

Please review your scores to confirm they meet these requirements.

If your scores meet the criteria but the next section is still locked, create a ticket for the support team so they can investigate the technical issue.
