      I completed the 4 mock exams in the AWS LP, but Course 11 is still locked.

      I completed the 4 mock exams in the AWS LP, but Course 11 is still locked.

      Please make sure you are enrolled in the Live Session mode, not the Flexible mode.
      Course 11 will only unlock if you are in the Live Session mode, and you will only be eligible for the reward if you're enrolled in that mode.


      How to check which mode you are enrolled in:

      1. Click on the “Get Started” or “Continue Learning” button from the Overview page.

      2. You will be taken to the Courses page.

      3. On the top right corner of the page, you’ll see a box containing your enrollment information — including your Live Session start date and the mode you are enrolled in (Live Session or Flexible).

      Note:
      This process applies to AWS 1, AWS AI, AWS 2, and AWS ML.
