      I submitted my exam results, but the certificate is still locked.

      Once you submit your exam results, the certificate section does not unlock automatically. The team first needs time to review your results and confirm that you’ve passed. Once confirmed, the certificate section will be unlocked, and you’ll be able to download your certificate.
