I logged into the Manara app, but my previous progress is not showing

This issue has been repeatedly reported by our users and is typically due to user oversight. Many users unknowingly create multiple accounts on the Manara app and end up signing in with an account that has no progress.

To check which account you're currently signed into, follow these steps:
Click on your profile image → SettingsAccount Settings, then check the email address associated with the account you're currently using. This will help you confirm whether you're signed in to the correct account with your actual progress.
