If you are a female engineer and prefer to conduct interviews with female peers only, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the avatar icon located on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Access the "Settings" menu and proceed to choose the "Peer Interview" option.
3. Modify the "Matching Preferences" from "Open to All" to "Women Only."
