What is a Peer-to-Peer Interview?

Peer-to-peer interviews are mock interviews designed to simulate real-life interview experiences. They are a core component of our main learning path, "How to Land a Job at a Global Tech Company."

Types of Peer-to-Peer Interviews:

- Technical Interviews

- Behavioral Interviews

How to Schedule a Peer-to-Peer Interview:

1- Earn a Credit:

 - Complete a module in the learning path to automatically earn a credit for an interview related to that module.

2- Schedule the Interview:

- Go to the Practice Page and click on Practice.

- Select the interview type (Technical or Behavioral).

- Choose the interview related to the module you completed.

3- Select Time Slots:

- A pop-up box will appear to select your time zone.

- Choose three different time slots for the interview.

- The system will match you with another user who has selected one of your chosen time slots.

4- Confirmation:

Once your interview is scheduled and matched, you will receive an email with:

- The interview time and date.

- The interview questions.

- Interview instructions to help you prepare.

Interview Format:

- Both you and your peer will interview each other for 20-30 minutes.

- It is recommended that the session lasts 60 minutes to allow enough time for both roles.

- You will decide who interviews first. After 20-30 minutes, you will swap roles — the Interviewer becomes the Interviewee.

Note: The interview should be conducted in English
